You may not need another course. You may need this solved.

Does any of this sound painfully familiar?

These are the real problems entrepreneurs keep trying to solve—not someday, but now.

“I need more leads.”You have something valuable, but not enough of the right people are finding you.
“People are interested, but they are not buying.”Your offer, message, follow-up, or sales path is not clear enough yet.
“I don’t know what to focus on next.”Everything feels important, so you keep bouncing between marketing, tech, content, sales, and operations.
“I have too many tools.”Your software was supposed to save time. Now you spend too much time managing the software.
“I know AI matters, but where do I even start?”You do not need 27 AI apps. You need a few useful ways to make the work easier.
“My business depends on me for everything.”You are the salesperson, marketer, operator, support desk, and emergency backup plan.
“Revenue is coming in, but I still feel stressed about money.”You need more clarity around pricing, profit, owner pay, reserves, and what the business is really producing.
“I want to grow, but I do not want more chaos.”You want more reach and revenue without adding a bigger pile of complexity.
“I built this for freedom. Why does it feel like a job I can’t leave?”The business may be working on paper while quietly working against the life you wanted.
Big Simple Business helps you figure out what is actually broken, what matters now, and what the next right step is.
Maybe the goal was never “bigger.”

What if the goal were better?

More profitable. Easier to explain. Easier to sell. Easier to run. Better for the customer. And built to support your life instead of taking it over.

Business without spiritcan become a machine you built… and then got trapped inside.
Spirit without mechanicscan become beautiful intention with no dependable way to reach or serve people.
Big Simple Businessbrings the two together: inner direction + real-world execution.
For the entrepreneur who knows there’s another way

You don’t need more noise.
You need the path.

Most entrepreneurs are drowning in tactics: funnels, AI, content, offers, ads, websites, pricing, sales scripts, automations, branding, team, money.

None of those tools are bad. The problem is trying to build all of them at once—without knowing what matters now.

The next right step matters more than solving the entire journey today.
You’re capable, but your business feels more complicated than it should.
You want profit—but you don’t want money to become the only scoreboard.
You care deeply about service, meaning, relationships and freedom.
You’ve consumed plenty of business advice but still wonder what applies to you.
You want better marketing and sales without becoming manipulative or performative.
You want practical use of AI and systems—without turning your business into a robot factory.
You suspect that growth without alignment is just a more expensive form of being stuck.
What you’ll actually walk away with

By the time you finish Big Simple Business, you’ll have a business that makes more sense.

Not just more ideas. Not another folder full of notes. You’ll have clearer decisions, simpler systems, practical tools, and a much better sense of what to do next.

A clearer vision for your business and your life. You’ll know what you’re actually building, what “enough” looks like, and what the business is supposed to make possible for you.
A business model that fits you. You’ll have a clearer sense of the right vehicle, market, structure, and way of working for your strengths, goals, and season of life.
A clearly defined customer and problem. You’ll know who you’re trying to help, what they’re trying to solve, and how to talk about it in language they actually understand.
An offer people can understand and buy. You’ll shape an offer that is clear, valuable, testable, and based on real evidence instead of guesswork.
Messaging that makes your value easier to see. You’ll be able to explain what you do, why it matters, and why the right person should care — without hype or manipulation.
A practical lead-generation plan. You’ll know how the right people can find you, what channels make sense, and what you can stop doing.
A sales process that feels natural. You’ll have a clearer way to move people from interest to decision through listening, clarity, trust, and service.
A simpler customer journey. You’ll know what should happen after someone buys, how to deliver well, and where systems can reduce friction for you and your customer.
A tech stack you actually understand. You’ll know what technology is useful, what can wait, and what you can safely ignore. No more feeling like you need seventeen platforms just to run a business.
AI without the mystery. You’ll know where AI can genuinely save time, improve your thinking, support your marketing, help with research, organize ideas, and make execution easier — without turning your business into a robot factory.
Practical AI help in every lesson. Every lesson includes an AI tool or prompt designed to help you turn what you just learned into action, so you’re not left wondering, “Okay… but how do I actually do this?”
A clearer money map. You’ll better understand pricing, profit, owner compensation, reserves, and how to turn business income into greater stability and freedom.
A 90-day priority plan. Instead of trying to fix everything at once, you’ll know what matters now, what can wait, and where your attention should go next.
Your next right step. Maybe the biggest outcome of all: less noise, less guesswork, and more confidence about what to do next.
Big Simple Business is designed to remove the mystery from business, marketing, sales, systems, money, technology, and AI — so you can stop collecting information and start building something that actually works for you.
The Big Simple Business Method

Six phases. One complete path.

Not six disconnected modules. Each phase answers the question the next phase depends on.

Phase 1 Design
Phase 1 • Design

Design the life before you design the business.

Get clear on what you want the business to make possible—financially, practically, emotionally and spiritually—so success doesn’t become another box.

  • Define “enough” and what freedom means to you.
  • Clarify your strengths, values, purpose and ideal ordinary life.
  • Use intuition and logic together instead of treating them as enemies.
Phase 2 Build
Phase 2 • Build

Give the vision a strong foundation.

Build enough structure to operate responsibly without burying yourself under software, legalese, tools and complexity.

  • Technology, structure, protection and practical setup.
  • Money awareness, pricing and ways of working.
  • Use AI and Human Design as helpful tools—without giving away your own judgment.
Phase 3 Find
Phase 3 • Find

Find the right opportunity.

This is where your inner vision meets the market. Choose the vehicle, find the people, test the idea, then shape an offer around evidence.

  • Choose a business model that fits the mission and this stage.
  • Identify the people you are here to serve.
  • Validate the problem and build an offer people genuinely want.
Phase 4 Attract
Phase 4 • Attract

Help the right people find you, trust you and buy.

Build a clear doorway into your business, sharpen your message, create attention responsibly and make it easier for a real person to take the next step.

  • Minimum viable online presence and customer path.
  • Content, authority, messaging, funnels and lead generation.
  • Sales through listening, clarity, service and clear, responsible decisions.
Phase 5 Scale
Phase 5 • Scale

Grow what works without multiplying chaos.

Scaling is not “more of everything.” It is identifying what works, protecting the customer experience, removing constraints, and adding leverage deliberately.

  • Simple systems, delivery and customer journey.
  • Retention, referrals, recovery and long-term trust.
  • Eliminate, simplify, automate and delegate before adding complexity.
Phase 6 Prosper
Phase 6 • Prosper

Turn business success into lasting freedom and wealth.

Revenue is not the finish line. Learn to move from business income toward personal stability, ownership, long-term thinking, generosity and a life that can breathe.

  • Owner pay, reserves, obligations and household stability.
  • Understand profit, personal wealth and long-term investing concepts.
  • Build toward value that does not depend forever on your next working hour.
Tech + AI guidance is built in

Use the tools.
Don’t become the tool.

Big Simple Business includes practical guidance on technology and AI throughout the course—not as a side topic, but as part of how a modern business can work.

You will learn where tech can save time, where AI can help you think and create faster, and where a human still needs to make the call.

Every lesson includes an AI tool or prompt you can use to help turn the lesson into action.
AI prompts that help you think through each lesson.
Help with offers, messaging, research, planning, systems and decisions.
Simple guidance on which tools are useful and which ones can wait.
A clear rule: technology should support the business, not make it more complicated.
You stay responsible for truth, judgment, customer care and final decisions.
A note from Trace

I was not always an AI guy.

At first, I had real hesitation about AI. I did not want technology to replace thinking, creativity, relationships, or the human side of business.

Then I started using it in a better way.

Not to hand over my judgment. Not to fake expertise. Not to remove the human. I started using AI to organize ideas, test thinking, speed up research, improve workflows, create faster, and get more done with less friction.

Over time, I went from cautious to genuinely loving what these tools can make possible when they are used with intention.

That is the approach inside Big Simple Business: let spirit lead, let humans decide, and let technology do the work it is good at.

What makes this different

Business mechanics meet spiritual intelligence.

Big Simple Business does not ask you to choose between intuition and evidence, purpose and profit, service and sales, or freedom and responsibility.

Business

Model, pricing, economics, structure, operations and growth.

Marketing

Positioning, message, content, authority, funnels, leads and attention.

Sales

Offers, value, listening, objections, decisions and ethical conversion.

Spirit

Purpose, intuition, alignment, Human Design, enoughness and the life behind the business.

You are also not learning in a vacuum. Throughout the course, I point you toward additional videos, ideas and perspectives from people and organizations I have learned from across entrepreneurship, offers, marketing, sales, systems, AI, money, wealth and personal growth. You can learn from all of them—without having to build your business exactly like any of them.

73 optional supplemental videos and curated references for when you want to go deeper — from leading educators, thinkers, and practitioners across business, marketing, sales, AI, systems, money, wealth, and personal growth.
You do not need to watch these to complete the course. They’re there when you want more context, another perspective, or a deeper dive into a specific topic.

You want grounded strategy and you also trust there is an inner dimension to the work.
You want marketing and sales skills without pressure-based identity.
You are willing to test assumptions against real real customer evidence.

It is probably not for you if…

×You want guaranteed income claims or “passive by Tuesday” promises.
×You believe more software automatically creates a better business.
×You want spirituality to replace pricing, proof, math or responsibility.
×You would rather collect information than take the next right action.

Trace Haskins

Entrepreneur. Operator. Creative strategist. Guide.

I created Big Simple Business after decades of building, marketing, operating and advising businesses—and after helping create results at the million-dollar and multi-million-dollar level.

I am a 2 Comma Club Award winner, and I have spent years working across offers, funnels, sales, marketing, operations, technology, creative direction and leadership.

And one of the biggest lessons I learned was this: more revenue does not automatically mean more freedom.

People often build businesses in pursuit of freedom—then accidentally build something that owns their time, attention and identity.

My work sits where strategy and possibility meet. I care about the mechanics: offers, positioning, sales, systems, numbers and technology. I also care about the human being operating the machine.

So this course is not about copying my business. It is about helping you build the right business for your life, your strengths, your market and your mission.

Built from real-world experience

This is not business theory from someone who stepped away from the real world.

I have built, marketed, operated and advised businesses at the million-dollar and multi-million-dollar level.

I know what it takes to make money. I also know that money alone is not the point. Big Simple Business is about building the whole thing correctly.

Questions, doubts & the things you may be wondering

Before you say yes, let’s talk about the real objections.

You probably do not need more convincing. You may just need to know whether this will actually fit you, your business, your time, and the way you want to work.

Is this for beginners or experienced entrepreneurs?

Both. If you are starting, Big Simple Business gives you the path in the right order so you do not waste months building things you do not need yet. If you already have a business, the same six phases help you see where complexity, weak fundamentals, poor messaging, broken systems, or simple misalignment may be holding you back. You do not have to start over. You figure out what actually needs attention.

I already know a lot about business. Will this just be more information?

That is exactly what I do not want this to become. Big Simple Business is not designed around collecting more concepts. It is designed around decisions and action. The goal is to help you simplify what you already know, identify what matters now, and turn it into something you can actually use. Every lesson also includes an AI tool or prompt to help move from learning to doing.

What if I feel completely overwhelmed by my business right now?

Then you may be one of the people this was built for. You do not need to fix marketing, sales, tech, money, operations, content, AI, and your entire life this week. The method helps you identify what is actually broken, what can wait, and what the next right step is. Less noise. Fewer simultaneous priorities. More useful movement.

What if I do not know what business I should build?

You do not need the answer before you begin. The early phases help you clarify the life you want, your strengths, the kind of work that fits you, the people you may want to serve, and the opportunity worth testing. We combine inner direction with real-world evidence rather than asking you to blindly “follow your passion” or copy somebody else’s model.

What if I already have a business, but I’m not sure I want the business I built?

That is a very real reason to go through this. Success can create its own trap. You may have customers, revenue, team, and responsibilities while quietly realizing that the machine you built no longer fits the life you want. Big Simple Business helps you look at what should stay, what should change, what should be simplified, and what you may be ready to stop doing.

Will this actually help me get more leads and sales?

It can help you build the pieces that create them: a clearer market, stronger offer, better messaging, useful content, lead-generation channels, funnels, trust, and a sales process based on listening and service. There is no honest course that can promise you a specific number of leads or sales. What I can give you is a much clearer system for understanding why people are—or are not—finding you, trusting you, and buying.

I hate pushy marketing and sales. Is this still for me?

Yes. In fact, that is part of why I made it. You do not need fabricated urgency, fake scarcity, inflated promises, or a personality transplant to sell something valuable. The course teaches marketing and sales as clarity, communication, evidence, recommendation, trust, and service. You still need to ask for the sale. You just do not have to become someone you dislike to do it.

I am not very technical. Am I going to get lost?

No. One of the goals is to make technology feel less mysterious, not more. We look at what tools are actually useful, what each type of tool is for, what you need now, what can wait, and what you can ignore. You do not need to become a developer or build a giant software stack. Tech should make the business simpler.

AI is moving so fast. How can this course stay useful?

The course does not depend on one trendy AI app. You learn practical ways to use AI for thinking, research, offers, messaging, planning, content, systems, decisions, and execution. Specific tools will change. The underlying skill—knowing what to ask AI to do, what not to delegate, and how to judge the output—will remain valuable. Every lesson includes an AI tool or prompt so you can use the technology immediately instead of staring at a blank chat box.

Will AI do the work for me?

It will help you do a surprising amount of the work faster, but it should not replace your judgment. My philosophy is simple: let spirit lead, let humans decide, and let technology do the work it is good at. AI can help organize, analyze, research, draft, brainstorm, and build. You remain responsible for truth, ethics, customer understanding, relationships, and final decisions.

Is this a spiritual course or a business course?

It is a real business course with a genuine spiritual side. We talk about offers, marketing, sales, systems, money, technology, and execution. We also talk about purpose, intuition, alignment, and Human Design as useful lenses. Spirituality does not replace customer evidence, math, responsibility, or doing the work. Spirit leads; the mechanics are the tools.

Do I need to understand Human Design?

No. Human Design is included as an optional lens for understanding how you naturally make decisions and work best. You do not need prior knowledge, and you do not have to believe in or use every part of it to get tremendous value from the business method.

How much time will this take?

You can move at your own pace. I would rather you complete one lesson, make one useful decision, and implement it than binge-watch the entire course and change nothing. This is designed to become a working companion to your business, not another race to finish content.

What if I start courses and never finish them?

Then do this differently. Do not make “finish the course” the goal. Make solving your current business problem the goal. Start with the path, work through the lessons in order when you can, and use the action work and AI prompts to create something real as you go. Progress matters more than completion theater.

What if my business is already making good money?

Then the question may be less about whether the business can make money and more about what that success is costing you. Is the business simple enough? Is it profitable enough? Does it depend on you too much? Is the team helping? Are you building wealth outside the business? Do you actually like the life the business created? Big Simple Business is not only about getting to revenue. It is about building the whole thing better.

Will this give me an exact step-by-step formula?

You get a clear sequence and practical frameworks, but not a cookie-cutter business. That is intentional. Your market, strengths, resources, life, and opportunities are different from mine. The method gives you a structure for making better decisions instead of pretending the same blueprint is right for everyone.

How does Pay What Feels Right work?

The full value of Big Simple Business is $1,497. The suggested contribution is $497, and the minimum is $97. Choose the amount that feels honest for your current situation and the value you see in the program. Everyone gets the same complete course.

If it is worth $1,497, why can I get it for as little as $97?

Because access and value are two different questions. I do not want to pretend the work is worth less simply because someone is in a season where $1,497—or even $497—is not the right investment. People who can comfortably contribute more help make it possible for someone else to enter lower. The minimum keeps an exchange in place. The choice keeps the door open.

Do people who pay more get a better version of the course?

No. Same lessons. Same tools. Same AI prompts. Same program. Your contribution changes the exchange, not the quality of what you receive.

What if I pay $97 and later feel the course was worth much more?

Use the course. Get value from it. Build something better. That is the point. Pay What Feels Right is based on an honest decision today, not guilt tomorrow.

What if I’m still not sure this is the right time?

Do not join because a countdown timer scared you. Ask yourself a simpler question: are the problems this course addresses costing you time, money, energy, clarity, or freedom right now? If yes, this may be useful now. If not, keep the page, think about it, and make the decision that feels responsible for you.

What is the biggest thing you want me to get from Big Simple Business?

Clarity. I want you to stop feeling like there are a hundred things you should be doing. I want you to understand the business you are actually trying to build, have practical tools for building it, use AI and technology without being intimidated by them, and be able to identify your next right step. The business should serve your life—not quietly consume it.
